Yoga Therapy Session/Private/Individualized
First Session: $90/ 90 min session
Additional sessions: $65/ 60 min sessions

This one-on-one session includes a 30 minute introduction to Ayurveda and a 60 minute individualized Yoga Therapy or Massage therapy session using one or more of the following modalities: an Ayurvedic massage service (see list below), yoga asanas or postures and stretches and meditation techniques for your specific needs. In the 30 minute Ayurvedic session you will learn your dosha, or individual 5 elements body constitution which helps you uncover your real personality type, possible mental and physical discomforts which can help you clear negativity and improve energy flow balance of all 5 elements of nature we are made of, earth, water, fire, air and sky. The 60 minute individualized Yoga Therapy and/or Massage therapy session offers one or more of the following lessons on specific individualized yoga routines, Ayurvedic massage self techniques and Ayurvedic massage services, yoga therapies, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, mantras, yantra and mudras for good health. The 60 minute body work empowers you with knowledge that is very helpful for knowing oneself and how to help specific needs such as Yoga for backache, sinuses, headaches, digestion and so on.

Yoga Therapy Session/Small Group 3-7 students

The 90 minute yoga therapy small group class empowers you with knowledge that is very helpful for knowing how to help specific needs such as Yoga for backache, sinuses, headaches, digestion and so on depending on need and focus of the group.

Ayurvedic Yoga Meditation Classes:

In this class you will learn and practice an introduction to Ayurvedic Yoga Meditation, with basic stretches, Asanas, Mantras and Meditation included helpful to balance energy flow, energize and re-energize. See NEWS/EVENTS tab above for more information about this Ayurveda Yoga Meditation class.

Meditation Classes:
$10/class
In this class you will learn and practice an introduction to Meditation techniques from Rishikesh and Himalayan yogi masters. Learn 5 elements meditation and introduction to chants and mudras helpful to balance energy flow, energize, relax and clear the mind.

Pranayama (Yoga Breathing Exercises):
$10/class
Prana means breath and breath is the key to relieving mental stress and clearing and calming the mind. Learn and practice specific Yoga breathing exercises that help one build mindfulness not only in yoga and meditation but also throughout their day. Pranayama slows the heart rate down and makes the heart healthy. These exercises improve organ function as they allow one to consciously circulate more oxygen flow to one’s organs. It also then improves the immune system, improves circulation and reduced blood pressure.

Chair Yoga:
First Session: $15/ 60 min session

Chair yoga is helpful for people of all levels, and works especially well for students who feel more comfortable in a chair than on a floor yoga mat. This can be for an individual or small group of 3-7 students ideal for students with stiffness, weight challenges, inflexibility, or disabilities/ Also helps those in a wheelchair or who work in an office and can benefit from a daily practice of yoga on a chair. Chair yoga allows one to take full advantage of yoga’s fitness, strength building, stress relief and health potential.
